Cindy began her career in the flexography industry in 1995 as an inside sales representative for AAA Press International. In her three years spent there, she started AAA Press’ used equipment department, eventually growing it into a recognized industry leader. After gaining experience in the used equipment market, Cindy began working for International Financial Services in 1998, where she specialized in financing new and used equipment for the printing and packaging industries. In 2001 she started as director of the press division for HC Miller Press where she spent the next 13 years developing them into the print industry powerhouse they have become. In 2014 Cindy stepped down as director of the press division at HC Miller. She went on to start a new business, gb Flexo with her husband Tim, son TJ, and business partner Scott. As president of the company, Cindy’s multifaceted skill set and experience helped with gb Flexo’s successful launch and has continued to guide the business in their continued growth.
