Unique Capability - Inline demetalization. The process enables the removal of metal from metalized film in any shape/form to generate a clear window in register to the printed graphics, along with the capability to tint the demetallized film with a flood tint of color after the demetalization process.

Dual Unwind Stands:
1- 40” KTI "LS Series" Zero-Speed Film Splicer 3-inch shafts with 6-inch core adapters
1 – 50” KTI "UW Series UW2250-10" Board Stock Unwinder 3-inch and 6-inch core adapters
1 – Unwind rail hoist system which supports loading of both unwind stands.

1 - 30” 14,000 CFM High Velocity Force Air Dryer System
With 9 print units with raised chill rolls with Momentum force air dryers on decks 1 through 6, and impinged force air dryers on deck 7 through 9. Three impinged dryers per unit. Impinged dryers can inner change with UV lamps.
UVT UV lamp system
Capable of running a total of two lamps. Lamps can be inner changed
from print units 7 through 9 or after 3rd die matrix station.
Pneumatic Nipped Rinse Station w/individual forced air dryer system.
Used for rinsing and drying of film webs during demetalization process.
Located between print units 8 and 9.
Turn Bars
2 - One film/paper turn bar and one for board stock.
Lamination Nip Assembly
Can be mounted on decks 7 through 9
